  • 1. Why do you believe you are going to “Heaven” when you die?

    • I am a good person

    • I go to church or spiritual meetings regularly.

    • The bible says that I will if I have accepted Jesus as Savior?

    • I don't believe I will go to heaven.

  • 2. I believe I am a Christian because:

    • I believe in God.

    • I go to church regularly.

    • I am a member of a Church or spiritual organization.

    • I have repented my sins and publicly asked Jesus to come into my heart.

  • 3. Do you believe there is a difference between Jesus as Savior and Jesus as Lord?

  • 4. When the Apostle Paul refers to having a “Carnal” mind in the bible I believe:

    • a. That he is referring to persons who are not Christians.

    • b. That he is referring to any one Christian or not, who has not changed in all or a portion of their thoughts and actions in life after accepting Jesus as Savior.

  • 5. Do you believe that there is going to be a rapture/catching away of those who have accepted Jesus as Savior some time in the future?

    • a. If yes do you believe that this means every one that is a member of a Church will be included?

    • b. I only believe that everyone who says they are a Christian is included in this event

    • c. I believe that this refers to a “special” group of people within the “Church” or “Body of Christ”.

  • 6. Do you believe in the power of God to heal today?

    • Yes

    • No

  • 6a. If yes I believe:

    • a. This only happens on special occasions as God desires?

    • b. Yes, but sometimes God puts sickness on Christians to teach us something.

    • c. I believe that sickness and disease only comes from Satan and the power to heal was given to the body of Christ and is still manifested today.

  • 7. Do you believe there is a difference between the “Body of Christ” and the Church?

    • a. It means only those persons that are members of a church.

    • b. It means only those that have made a profession of faith as Jesus as Savior and this is the body of Christ.

    • c. This refers to a special group within the “Body or Church”.
